Handmade art journal- “Detach & Swap”

Hi everyone:)
Today I have more DYI project then mixed-media- handmade art journal. This journal however was done solely for the purpose of using it for mixed media exactly. This is something I made for myself from scratch, as I was struggling with finding proper art journals (not too big, with sturdy, preferably watercolour paper inside and, well, cheap enough:). Out of sheer desperation I watched many, many videos until I came along few of them, with different ideas. I put some of this ideas together and now I have my own handmade art journal, the best I have ever own! I can swap the pages between journals (I have currenty 2 of them), but what’s more important I can remove the pages from inside, work on them on flat surface (my art journals are usually too bulky to work on), and then put the page back again inside. Crazy, no? 🙂 But oh, so useful!!! To top it off I have a comfort of working on mixed-media paper, with no need to glue few pages together nor prime them with gesso. And if I could do it, so can you!
So here are the photos of my project and underneath it the link to video process:
