Not-So-Scary ATC’s

Hi everybody,
I am introducing to you very scary things today:) I started my Halloween project a little too early but with sooooo much joy! Firstly I bought myself a beautiful stamp sets from Paper Artsy- Zinsky Art (ZA04 & ZN07). And then I decided to color all my scary monsters with Lindy’s sprays.
I stamped the monsters on the watercolor paper, opened the spray bottles, took my brush and started painting. I have only one cheap set of watercolors, so this was supposed to be my experiment or rather trial version using Lindy’s sprays, as I am definitely not good with coloring. But there you go- all went smoothly, colors are beautiful and vibrant and I could easily do the shadows!:) Some of you may know by fallowing me on Facebook that my cat helped a little with this project, but I swear I did most of the work by myself! 🙂
To do the backgrounds of my ATC’s I also used Lindy’s. Whole bunch of them:) They mix well together and give a lot of texture. To finish off the cards I added more background stamping ( Inkadinkado: Creatures of the Night and Spiderwebs stamps, Tim Holtz Remnants Rubs- Numbers, and a lot of sawing:)
And here is the list of all Lindy’s products used for this project:
- Witch’s Potion Purple
- Voodoo Violet Blue
- Open Arms Amethyst
- Rudolph’s Nose Red
- Rizzo’s Rowdy Red
- Hag’s Wart Orange
- Frosty Forest Green
- Freaky FrankenLime
- Tibetan Poppy Teal
- Tainted Love Teal
- Afternoon Delight Denim
- Frolic in the Forest Black
- Magical- Ocean Breeze Blue
Big hugs and see you soon:)
