Here are few test pages done with Infusions. I just bought them very recently (infusions, not pages;) and this is my way of learning how and what to do with them:) They are lovely BTW, unusual to me because they have this brown walnut- color pigment in them, which is really visible on the picture above ( it was done with A Bit Jaded and Royal Blood colors).

Przygotowałam parę przykładów na to co można zrobić z pudrami Infusions. Kupiłam je niedawno i to są właśnie moje próby ogarnięcia tego, co i jak można z nimi zrobić. Są to bardzo fajne farby w pudrze i dość nietypowe, bo zawierają w sobie orzechowy barwnik, dość dobrze zresztą widoczny (tak jak na zdjęciu u góry w kolorach: A Bit Jaded i Royal Blood).

Infusion: Orange County

And above is the picture of the background for my art journal page ( more detailed description of this page together with close-up photos you’ll find here). I used only one color of Infusions- Orange County. First I sprinkled it over a moist page to create a nice, but not very strong color ( I used not too much of the powder and spritzed water again on it). Afterwords I mixed the same color with Clear Crackle paste from Finnabair and spread it over mask of clogs (Kesi’Art); Let it dry overnight and look at the amazing results! The edges look like marble, the color is so vivid and crackles just beautiful! As I already mentioned in one of my previous posts.

Powyżej jest przykład tła przygotowanego do mojego art journal’u (więcej szczegółów zdjęć tej strony i krotki opis wykonania znajdziecie tutaj). Użyłam tylko jednego koloru- Orange County. Resultat jest zachwycający- kolory bardzo żywe i o różnym natężeniu, a brzegi wyglądają jak marmur 🙂

Afterwords I decided to finish my page, added some embellishments, stamping in the background and that is the final result:) I got super- inspired by the creation of Ingrid Vichova on PaperArtsy blog. Even though my project is so different then hers, I loved the fact that she did mixed-media project. I love her creation!!!

I decided to play with Infusions a little bit more:) So I did this very quick tag. Here I just made the background with Distress inks and added some stamping, but the butterflies- that was fun! I mixed 3D  Gloss Gel from Finnabair with A Bit Jaded Infusions and spread it over the butterflies stencil. After drying it with the heat gun the color mixed with gel got translucent and shiny.  The sizal was placed under the stencil on purpose- never done that before so I was curious how it will look:)

A to moja dalsza zabawa z Infusions- bardzo szybka zawieszka. Tło zostało zrobione  przy pomocy Distress Ink i paru stempli. W motylkami miałam zdecydowanie więcej zabawy:) Wymieszałam 3D Gloss Gel od Finnabair z pudrem Infusions A Bit Jaded i rozprowadziłam  po szablonie z motylami. Wysuszyłam suszarką i rezultatem jest przeświecający, błyszczący kolor. Nitki sizalu zostały podłożone pod szablon celowo  po to, by sprawdzić jaki będzie końcowy rezultat.

Infusions: Royal Blood, A Bit Jaded & Lemoncello

I am really happy with Infusions and I got a lot of inspiration from PaperArtsy blog. Their designers do beautiful creations and there are always tutorials to go with it. And this is my collection of Infusions, lol:) Did I mention that I just learn about them more-less two weeks ago?:)

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z Infusions. Zaczerpnęłam tez bardzo dużo inspiracji z blogu PaperArtsy. Ich projektanci robią wspaniałe rzeczy, łącznie z opisem ich przygotowania.  A to jest moja kolekcja Infusions:) Nie za dużo, ale przecież doziedziałam się o nich nidawno:)
